The Rosary has been called a spiritual weapon, and throughout history Catholics have turned to it in times of crisis, persecution, war, and danger.
In this talk, we explore the powerful devotion to the Holy Rosary through the teachings of Pope Leo XIII, the witness of Saint Dominic, Saint Maximilian Kolbe, Sister Lucia of Fatima, and the message of Our Lady of Fatima.
Beginning with Pope Leo XIII, often called the “Pope of the Rosary,” this talk examines his many encyclicals urging Catholics to pray the Rosary, especially during difficult times. We also look at the Rosary’s connection to Saint Dominic and the Albigensian heresy, the Battle of Lepanto, Fatima, and remarkable stories involving Austria, Brazil, Portugal, and the atomic bombings of Japan.
The talk also explains how the Rosary combines vocal and mental prayer, and how meditating on the mysteries of Jesus and Mary can gradually transform the soul and help us grow in virtue.
Finally, we hear powerful reflections from Saint Louis de Montfort and Sister Lucia on the dignity and power of the Rosary and the prayers of the Holy Trinity.
If you want to deepen your devotion to the Rosary, this talk offers a powerful reminder of why Our Lady repeatedly asks us to pray it every day.
📿 Pray the Rosary every day.
