The Fatima Center Events – Postponed

Given the recent measures taken by our local and national governments in response to the coronavirus crisis, The Fatima Center is postponing the following planned conferences and events:

  • California Speaking Tour (April 21 – May 2)
  • 2020 Youth Conference in Chicago, Illinois (September 18-20)

As the following events will no longer take place on the originally scheduled dates, our participation in them will be correspondingly affected:

  • Global Compact on Education at the Vatican (May 11-15)
  • Pro-Life March in Ottawa (May 14)

These events draw together a large number of people from a wide geographic area. They require a fair amount of travel by our speakers, staff and attendees.  As large gatherings and travel are currently being restricted to promote public health, prudence dictates the postponement of these events.

We will continue the work of Our Lady’s Apostolate through every means available to us, including supplying video, audio and print resources over the internet and by mail.

It is now more important than ever for all of us to turn to God in more fervent and intense prayer and penance and to heed the Message of Fatima with greater fidelity and zeal. Over 100 years ago, Our Lady brought from Heaven the only real solution to the coronavirus and any and every other disaster, plague, war or famine that threatens mankind.

Our Lady of Fatima told us that our world would suffer terrible chastisements, afflicting both the good and the evil, if we do not convert, repent and do penance. She has asked all of us to pray the Rosary daily, practice the Five First Saturdays Devotion, wear the Brown Scapular, pray for the Pope, and make reparation for sin. We must implore God to grant the necessary graces for the Pope with the world’s Catholic bishops to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Until this is done, we must expect and prepare for ever worsening chastisements.

In the weeks to come, The Fatima Center will address more fully issues related to chastisements and how we as faithful Catholics can best respond.

We will reschedule our postponed events as soon as it is practicable, and will notify you of the new dates.

We continue to rely on your prayers and financial support to carry on the vital and urgent work of making the Fatima Message better known and obeyed.

May God bless you and keep you safe.

St. Roch and the Fourteen Holy Helpers, pray for us.
St. Francisco and St. Jacinta, pray for us.
St. Michael the Archangel, pray for us.
Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us.

Ad Iesum per Mariam,
David Rodríguez, Content Director of The Fatima Center
