54-day Rosary Novena: Day 9 -Glorious in Petition

2021 Catholic Identity Conference

Dear Devotee of Our Lady,

We encourage you to participate in the  Catholic Identity Conference this weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 1-3).

The theme this year is “Holy War: The Kingship of Christ vs. the Great Reset.”

In the past, this conference has brought in priests from many different groups, including the SSPX, FSSP, ICK, diocesan, religious, eastern rites, etc. Likewise, it has featured Catholic lay leaders from numerous organizations. They all come together, in faith and charity, to form a united front of Catholics dedicated to glorifying God, honoring Holy Mother Church, promoting her ancient and sacred liturgy, and striving to save souls. To quote a phrase often used by organizer Michael Matt, this is part of a great effort “to unite the clans.”

The Fatima Center plans to participate by staffing a table with many of our resources. If you are there, please stop by and say hello!

The event will be held at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA. It was initially slated for a seating capacity of 500. They sold out and were able to increase their capacity to 700. And then the conference sold out again. It is clear that many who would like to attend will be unable to do so. Thus, The Remnant Newspaper will livestream the event

Conference speakers include Bishop Athanasius Schneider, Archbishop Carlo Viganò (live interview via internet), Fr. Linus Clovis, Fr. Gregory Pendergraft, Christopher Ferrara, Abby Johnson and others.

For those who are able to attend in person, if you can make the time, we highly recommend a visit to St. Anthony Chapel. A twenty-minute drive from the conference hotel, this ‘hidden gem’ is a breath-taking sanctuary of peace and grace that hosts the largest collection of relics in the world outside the Vatican. You are guaranteed to find relics of all the saints you are devoted to and be able to pray before their holy remains. For the pious pilgrim, time seems suspended within these sacred walls and the soul is inevitably inspired to raise itself up to God. (The chapel is frequently open from Noon – 3pm, but it is advisable to check the website or call ahead.)

Here is a brief message regarding the conference Livestream from Michael Matt:

Dear Friends:

This year’s Catholic Identity Conference sold out months ago. With over 700 attendees and 15 speakers, this will be the largest Traditional Catholic conference of 2021.

I want to invite you to the CIC Livestream, which will include interviews, personalized greetings and updates for our Livestream viewers ONLY.

In addition to real time viewing of all talks, Livestream viewers will also be able to interact with the conference by sending email questions and comments to me directly.

Daily conference Masses will be part of the package.

In the Age of Apostacy and totalitarianism, I hope to make this a truly international event at which we will declare war on the enemies of the Cross. But I need your help to do that.

Sign up for the CIC Livestream today, and let’s go to war! Enough is enough. See you at the CIC.

In Christo Rege,

Michael Matt
