Why have the Popes refused to comply with Heaven’s command to consecrate Russia to Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart? The Popes and the bishops must know that this command is from Heaven, and therefore true. How can they ignore the truth? Understanding what truth itself is – moral truth, ontological truth, and logical truth – will help us to understand the failure of the Church’s hierarchy to make the Consecration.
