Fr. Michael McMahon, a graduate of Yale University (1989) and priest of the Society of St. Pius X (ordained in 1996), focused his lecture on explaining the nature and vital importance of sacrifice in the life of the priest; and further, how sacrifice – the very soul of the priesthood – has been deliberately removed from (or, at best, radically downplayed in) the New Mass.
